What Same-Day Service Means to Us

May’s been in business in Eastern North Carolina for over 50 years.  Many of our customers have been with us for one or two years, but some have been with us for decades.  

We value these relationships and put a premium on delivering courteous, quality service.  Other companies can take 2-3 days to schedule a pest control visit to assess and/or treat a pest problem.  We’ve found over the years that most folks don’t want to keep pests as guests for an extended visit and appreciate a quick response.

So, we implement a “Same Day Service” policy to provide our customers with the most-responsive pest control service we can muster.  In most cases, we can be on site the day we receive a call or within 24 hours.  If a customer is in a remote area and calls too late in the day, we do our best to be there early the next morning.  There are also cases where a problem is severe - like a termite infestation – and treatment may take 1-2 weeks.

What’s most important to us is our customers know we’re here to take care of their pest control problems and to serve them with integrity, courtesy, and as soon as possible.   You could say that for us, “Same-Day Service” means “You matter to us.”
